At Present We Only Ship Within The Continental US

The free shipping offer is available on most models with orders shipping via the standard ground method to addresses inside the continental USA.  Look at the description of each individual product to determine if free shipping is offered.  Also, orders totaling $450 or more automatically qualify for free shipping.

 Shipping Lead Time

All orders ship out within 2-3 business days.  In fact, often times products are shipped out the same day the order is received.  However, please do add 2 business days to the shipping time for processing just in case it does take us a day or two to get it out.

Shipment Tracking

Orders are processed and sent out within 3 business days of us receiving them.  You'll receive notification via email when your order is processed and again when your order is shipped.

Return Policy

The following is a breakdown of our return policy:

ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL OEM PACKING!

1) Should you receive the product and find that it is damaged, defective, wrong item shipped, or shipping was not done as requested you can return the product at our expense as long as the following procedure is followed and conditions are met:

• Prior to returning the product you must first notify Trolling Motor Outlet using the contact information provided on this website.
• The notification to Trolling Motor Outlet must occur within 30 days of you purchasing the product.
• Trolling Motor Outlet must give you prior written authorization prior to return.
• Upon approval for return a call tag will be issued to UPS or other carrier to pick up the product and return it to our warehouse for inspection.
• If the inspection finds that the product was damaged, defective, wrong item shipped, or shipping was not done as requested Trolling Motor Outlet will ship to you a replacement at no cost.
• If the the above conditions are met and the product is not replaced, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase.

2) Should you receive the product and decide you do not want it you can return the product under the following  conditions:

• The product may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• You must receive prior written authorization from Trolling Motor Outlet prior to returning the product.
• As long as all other conditions are and merchandise is returned within 15 days of purchase, no restocking fee will be charged, however, the cost of shipping will be charged to return the merchandise.
• Even if all other conditions are met, if the merchandise is returned after 15 days of purchase, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping cost to return the merchandise.
• No merchandise may be returned after 30 days of purchase.

Additional Conditions:

• If you return the merchandise and the manufacturer determines the item was improperly installed or misused you will be notified that the merchandise is not returnable, therefore Trolling Motor Outlet shall not issue a credit or refund to you.
• Should it be determined that the product was improperly installed or misused you have the option to have the merchandise returned to you at your expense in its damaged condition or you can work directly with the manufacturer for all repair issues at your expense.

Warranty

Trolling Motor Outlet is owned by Basic Enterprises, LLC.  We are sellers of trolling motors, electric outboards and some of the accessories that come along with these products.   We purchase our merchandise from different manufacturers for the purpose of reselling. These manufacturers have a warranty on most of their products.  Neither Trolling Motor Outlet or it's owner, Basic Enterprises, LLC offer any warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind other than what is offered by the manufacturers. We do not assume responsibility or liability for the workmanship of products purchased from our suppliers.  As one of the services we provide to our customers, within the 30 day return period, we accept the return of products sold by our company that may be defective.  By doing this, it is not an admission of liability to a claim against Trolling Motor Outlet or Basic Enterprises, LLC.  The manufacturer or their agent inspect the merchandise returned to us or our supplier for any warranty consideration by their company.

After the 30 day return period, you should contact the manufacturer directly regarding any repairs or warranty issues.
